“Aashiq Hoon Baharon Ka” is the story of a romance that blossomed in the world’s most picturesque tourist spots-the cities, hills and valleys of Switzerland where an Indian young man came face to face with the spectacle of Western civilization and the splendor of traditional Indian way of life.

Ashok, whose father died when Ashok was just a child, was brought up and educated by his loving mother. After his graduation, the mother inspires and blesses him to go to Zurich in Switzerland for course of higher studies in Nuclear Science.

There he meets Jamnadas who is running a restaurant. Jamnadas has a scheming second wife who also has a devilish son Vicky from her first husband.

Ashok joins the University and there meets another Indian named Mr. John who owns an automobile garage. Through his good offices, Ashok is able to participate in a car rally. In the car rally he meets Veera, daughter of a multi-millionaire Indian businessman Mr. C. Roy who is settled there. Veera, a girl brought up in Western traditions and thought, turns hostile and bitter when she loses in the car race which is won by Ashok. But this bitterness is soon turned into torrried love and in Ashok she eventually finds the fulfillment of her romantic dreams and just the kind of young man whom she can heartily love and respect.

This development is a shock for Vicky and his scheming mother who had planned for Vicky to marry Veera with an eye on her great fortune.

C. Roy gives his consent to Ashok for marrying his daughter, provided Ashok abandons the idea of returning to India afterwards and instead agreed to stay back in Switzerland and look after his father-in-law’s business empire. Ashok turns down the offer and says that he would sacrifice his own love but will not betray the faith and confidence that his country has reposed on him.

Vicky involves Ashok in a criminal case. But Jamunadas, getting wise to everything, helps Ashok to come out of Vicky’s clutches.

It is time for Ashok to return to India. Even Veera is now by his side, agreeing to sacrifice every comfort to be with him. She leaves her father to accompany Ashok and share with him a lifetime of companionship.

Did Ashok reach India? Did Vicky and his scheming mother allow them to escape so easily from their clutches? Did the course of this love story run smoothly?

The answer to this is in the thrilling unprecedented action climax sequence that alight this magnificent tale filmed in East and West “Aashiq Hoon Baharon Ka”, the movie that will bring the feel of spring in your lives.
